This Is How I Design Travel

This is how I design travel.

Not around how much you can see,
but around how you experience it.

I don’t start with a checklist.

I start with space.

Space in the day.
Space between places.
Space to arrive, settle, and actually be there.

Because when the pace is right, everything changes.

You notice more.

You connect more easily.

You don’t feel like you’re moving through a place —
you feel like you’re in it.

I choose fewer places.

Longer stays.

Moments that can unfold naturally,
instead of being rushed or scheduled too tightly.

Days aren’t packed.

They’re considered.

There’s a rhythm to them.

Something guided,
something open,
something left for you to discover in your own way.

Because not everything meaningful can be planned.

And it shouldn’t be.

Where you stay matters.

How it feels to walk out the door matters.

Whether you’d return to the same café the next morning — that matters.

Meals matter too.

Not just where you eat,
but how you experience it.

Sitting longer.
Talking more.
Letting the atmosphere become part of the memory.

Because if a moment doesn’t deepen your connection to the place,
it doesn’t belong.

Everything is chosen with intention.

The pace.
The movement.
The balance between structure and freedom.

So you don’t feel like you have to keep up.

You feel like you can settle in.

And when travel is designed this way,
you don’t come home exhausted.

You come home clear,
grounded,
and feeling like yourself again.
